Organic garden

   We use some organic herb and vegetable from our home garden.





Brown rice

   Brown rice is rich in selenium which reduces the risk for developing common illnesses such as cancer, heart disease and arthritis.

   Brown rice is high in fiber and can help prevent colon cancer. 

   Brown rice helps stabilize blood sugar levels and reduce risks of developing diabetes.





Vegetarian dishes

   For vegetarian, we offer mixed vegetable brown rice, textured soy protein, tofu, mushroom, sesame seed, black bean, mung bean, perilla seed, job's tears. You can see some vegetarian dishes on menu list. 





Rice bran oil

   Rice bran oil is extracted from the bran of premium

and non-GMO brown rice.

    It is high in natural antioxidants: Oryzanol, Phytosterols,

and Vitamin E.

   It's contains more than 40% Monounsaturated fatty acid

and 0 g of Trans fatty acid per serving, no cholesterol

and no synthetic antioxidant added.

   The high smoke point makes rice bran oil suitable for

all kinds of cooking: deep-frying, stir-frying,BBQ&grilling. 

Sunflower oil

   Sunflower oil acts as an antioxidant because of the levels of vitamin E.

   It can lower cardiovascular diseases and the chance of heart attack.

   It also have a high omega 6 (Linoleic Acid) which helps keep cholesterol levels low.

   It is suitable for stir-frying cooking.
